A Dale County fugitive has been arrested in Tennessee.
33-year-old Jeff Martin was charged with forgery and freed on bond but failed to show up for trial last month in Ozark.
Officers spotted him a few weeks ago, but he managed to get away.
Martin was arrested Monday night after a high-speed chase in Jackson, Tennessee.
Dale County authorities say he will be brought back to Ozark to stand trial.
Martin also faces charges in Tennessee related to the car chase.
