A Wiregrass teenager is missing, and authorities need your help finding her. Police say she was reported missing Monday night after she failed to show up at a school function.
Police say 17-year old Brandy Amber Burgess was last seen around 6:30 Monday night leaving a home on Second Street walking towards Ashford High School. But after not showing up at the school for a meeting, her parents notified police.
Brandy is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black top, blue jeans, and gray/brown Nike tennis shoes.
Police say they have no leads in the case and are asking for help. Again, if you have seen or know the whereabouts of Brandy Burgess, you are asked to contact the Ashford Police Department at 334-899-5113.
