Pensacola Man Charged with Pointing Gun at Fellow Motorist

PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - Two frustrated Pensacola drivers were exchanging hand gestures when one of them decided to add a prop: a
nine-millimeter pistol.

Florida Highway Patrol reports that Albert McCreary pointed the gun at the other motorist. He was charged with aggravated assault and taken to jail yesterday and then posted a one-thousand-dollar bond later that evening.

A state trooper had stopped McCreary after the exchange. The trooper reported finding the gun in the center console of McCreary's vehicle.
