Thirty-four-year-old Grady Ladon Hayes will go to court to find out how much he'll have to pay to get out of jail.

He’s accused of crashing his truck into the "Toy Box Too" in Newton Tuesday night, and killing the owner after an argument with a bouncer.

Fifty-year-old Charles May was crushed when part of the building collapsed on him.

Hayes fled the scene but later called police from the home of a friend and told them where he could be found.

He was arrested without incident.
