FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - Anna Nicole Smith's body is being turned over to her infant daughter's guardian.
But in issuing his order, the judge is making it clear he wants her buried in the Bahamas with her son.
The guardian -- Richard Milstein, a Miami attorney -- must consult with Smith's mother and with her boyfriend Howard K. Stern, who have been fighting each other for the body. But the judge says he wants Smith and her son "to be together."
The judge also called on Stern and Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, to "do the right thing" by Smith's baby, and to determine by D-N-A tests who the baby's father is. He told them "it's enough baloney."
