A 19-year-old Panama City man is charged with throwing a firebomb into the house of a witness who was going to testify against him in a marijuana case.
Ricky Young is charged with arson, retaliation against a witness and manufacturing a firebomb. He's being held without bond.
Investigators say Young threw the explosives through the living room window of a Lynn Haven duplex on Jan. 11. They say residents including Eric McFadden were sleeping inside.
Police say Young was retaliating against McFadden, who had provided sworn testimony against Young in a marijuana case. Both men were arrested last year in a wide-ranging marijuana investigation.
