An elderly burglary suspect will remain behind bars, at least until he's checked out by a psychologist.
Prosecutors claim 72-year-old Lewis Plummer broke into the home of a Houston County woman last month.
The suspect fled after the 77-year-old victim woke up to find him standing naked beside her bed.
District Attorney Doug Valeska told the court, that Plummer had unlawfully entered the woman's home on at least one other occasion and fondled her on another.
Valeska says Plummer is a danger to himself as well as the community.
Judge John Steensland ordered Plummer held without bond pending the outcome of a mental evaluation.
