President Bush delivers his State of the Union speech next Tuesday.
Aides say the president will take a "stay-the-course" tone.
He's expected to highlight economic growth and successes in the fight against terrorism, especially the capture of Saddam Hussein.
The president is also expected to revive the idea of allowing younger workers to invest part of their Social Security taxes in the stock market. And he'll push Congress to make permanent some tax cuts, including elimination of the inheritance tax and reduction of capital gains taxes.
The president already has announced two ambitious plans granting legal status to millions of undocumented workers in the U.S. and establishing a station on the moon that would serve as the launch point for further deep space missions.
