At least a dozen people fell into a shark tank at the Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans, Louisiana after a platform broke.
A few people were taken to the hospital for minor cuts and bruises after hitting artificial barnacles in the exhibit. But no one was attacked by a shark.
Some members of the aquarium were on a behind-the-scenes tour. The platform that broke was one used by keepers to feed the sharks, it was not open to the general public.
When the people fell in, the sharks kept their distance; keepers said the sharks had already been fed.
