Holmes County sheriff's deputies stopped Gary Eddlestein's truck in Westville, Florida. He was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

While handcuffing Eddlestein, the 39-year-old suspect ordered his son to grab a container and run into the woods.

The boy later showed the police where he threw the container. It contained 15 grams of crystal-meth.

The elder Eddlestein was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Eddlestein is being held at the Holmes County Workcamp; his son is reportedly living with relatives.
