FISH RIVER, Ala. (AP) - A 37-year-old Baldwin County mother of two was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver Friday night.
State troopers said the victim, Cheriece Dolores Clark, was hit about 9 pm on Baldwin County Route Nine after she had gotten out of her car in the Marlow community.
Trooper Corporal David Steward says the vehicle fled the scene. There were no immediate arrests.
Clark leaves two children, 19-year-old Brandon Jasinski, who lived with his mother, and 16-year-old Brittany Jasinski who lives in Ohio.
Troopers appealed for the public's help in locating the driver.
