The two-day event is taking place in Panama City's historic St. Andrews section of town.
There are more than 60 vendors and several thousands people from across the tri-states expected to take part in the fun.
At two o'clock Saturday afternoon, the pirate invasion gets underway at the St. Andrew Marina.
It will be followed by a Mardi Gras parade at 3 o'clock along Beck Avenue.
More than 30 festival floats will take part.
The mask ball will take place through the streets of St. Andrews Friday night It'll end around midnight.
