A Northwest Florida convenience shop clerk is glad to be alive after two men robbed her store.
It happened Tuesday morning around 2:30 a.m.
Two men entered the Tom Thumb Convenience Store South in Bonifay and one suspect fired a gun into the air.
They stole cash from the register along with cartons of cigarettes.
The suspects were last seen running west along Highway 90.
Police say that's where they got into a getaway car.
The suspects are described only as black males wearing masks.
Both are about five-feet-eight inches tall and were dressed in black sweatshirts and black jeans.
Fortunately, authorities say no one was hurt.
