Jury selection began Monday for the retrial of a Dothan man charged with capital murder.
Twenty-six-year-old Leslie Miller is accused in the stabbing death of a Dothan woman.
Eighteen-year-old Alicia Peters was attacked during an altercation in a home on Herring Street in April of 2004.
Peters was treated at a Dothan hospital and released and refused to press charges.
But less than two days later, she died from her wounds.
Jurors deliberated two days without reaching a unanimous verdict during Miller's first trial last September.
Testimony in his second trial is expected to begin Tuesday.
