Rush Limbaugh's medical records will stay sealed, for now.
A Florida judge resealed the records today. He's giving the radio host's lawyers time to appeal his earlier ruling to open the records to prosecutors, who are investigating whether Limbaugh illegally bought painkillers.
The judge ordered the records to stay sealed for 15 days while Limbaugh's lawyers pursue their appeal. It's not known if prosecutors had already started looking at the records.
The judge said in the earlier ruling that prosecutors could examine them, but couldn't make them public. Limbaugh's lawyers argue that the seizure of the records violates their client's privacy.
