Two men are behind bars in Jackson County after a five-month police investigation nets a drug bust.
The suspects will have their first appearance in court this morning.
Twenty-four-year-old Thadius Garrett and 23-year-old John McNeil were arrested yesterday morning.
They are charged with selling and distributing crack cocaine and marijuana.
The Jackson County Drug Task Force along with several police departments found more than 28-grams of crack cocaine at the suspects' home in Marianna.
They also found four pounds of marijuana and items directly associated with the weighing and packaging of the drugs.
Several bags of evidence were carried out of the mobile home including scales to weigh the drugs for distribution.
Police also confiscated several pieces of jewelry, two thousand dollars in cash, and a number of weapons.
