Four Males Charged with Firing Shots at DOT Crew

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Four men are in the custody of Huntsville police - all are charged with firing gunshots at a state Department of Transportation crew this morning.

Officer said it happened on North Memorial Parkway at Winchester
Road - the men apparently became angry when a backhoe wouldn't get
out of their way. Police said NO one was hit and none of the
equipment was damaged.

The four suspects were apprehended at aMcDonald's restaurant, located at the same intersection. Reports indicate the gun was found in the men's restroom.

Police said criminal charges are pending.
