A judge said Florida's school voucher law is "unconstitutional" and has blocked all school districts from using it.
The ruling and injunction come from Circuit Judge Kevin Davey. He heard oral arguments in the case on July 9.
Gov. Bush has been a major supporter of the voucher program, which uses public money to pay for schooling at private schools and the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled they are allowed under the US Constitution.
However, Davey's ruling said the Florida Constitution is clear when it blocks public money from going to churches or other sectarian institutions.
