If you have a warrant for outstanding fines and court costs in Enterprise, Christmas just came a little early.
During the holiday season, Municipal Court Judge Paul Sherling says those who owe fines and court costs can come by his office at City Hall, without the fear of being arrested for outstanding warrants.
The amnesty pertains mainly to traffic violations and not warrants for matters involving domestic violence and DUI charges.
The person who owes the money must physically come into the Magistrate's Office at Enterprise City Hall.
The stay, or amnesty period will end on Jan. 16, 2004.
