More than two dozen Naval Sea Cadets from the Wiregrass went through an annual inspection Monday in Coffee Springs.
The Naval Sea Cadet Corps is geared to helping young people between the ages of 11 to 17 explore careers in the Navy and Coast Guard.
Holmes County High School 10th-Grader, Gary Moore, says the Sea Cadets have instilled in him self-discipline and a greater sense of responsibility. “I saw the Sea Cadets in parades, and I really wanted to take part in that discipline. It’s something that I really enjoy doing, I love it," he said.
