A Wiregrass man has been found guilty again for capital murder.
Bobby Baker was arrested for a 1994 shooting spree that left two people wounded and his wife dead.
Baker was later found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to die for the crime.
However the Alabama Supreme Court later ruled that jurors should not have been allowed to hear evidence of previous domestic violence involving Baker and his wife.
In his re-trail, a Houston County jury deliberated two-hours before finding Baker guilty of capital murder.
The penalty phase of the trial will begin Tuesday at 1 o' clock in Judge Lawson Little's courtroom.
The delay is due to circumstances involving witnesses.
