Jury selection began Monday in the re-trial of a once-convicted killer who's death sentence was overturned on appeal.
Bobby Baker was 20-years-old when he was arrested for a 1994 shooting spree that left two people wounded and his wife dead.
Tracy Baker was kidnapped at gunpoint and shot to death with an assault rifle.
Baker was found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to die.
However the Alabama Supreme Court later ruled that jurors should not have been allowed to hear evidence of previous domestic violence cases involving Baker and his Wife.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty once again.
Testimony in the case is expected to be heard Tuesday.
