A condemned killer is on trial in Dothan today.
Bobby Baker was found guilty of capital murder for a 1994 shooting spree that left two people wounded and his wife dead.
But the Alabama Supreme Court later ruled that jurors should not have been allowed to hear evidence of previous domestic violence involving Baker and his wife.
District Attorney Doug Valeska says he'll try to convict Baker again and send him back to death row.
