A Northwest Florida Language Arts teacher is arrested.
The Walton County Sheriff's Department arrested 51-year-old James Hylton on a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation.
Authorities say the incident occurred at a wedding reception earlier this month.
The Freeport Middle School teacher allegedly fondled a 14-year-old girl.
The Walton County School Board has suspended Hylton "without" pay, pending the legal outcome of the charge.
Hylton has taught at Freeport Middle School for the last nine-years.
He has been released under a $10,000 bond.
