An area teacher was arrested Wednesday morning, accused of sexually abusing two female students.
Fifty-year-old Kenneth Shoemake of Enterprise was charged with two counts of 2nd-degree sexual abuse of minors.
Shoemake is an 8th grade teacher at Daleville Middle School.
The girls accused him of inappropriately touching them and saying and doing inappropriate things in class.
Shoemake posted two $500 bonds and was released by Daleville Police.
No trial date has been set.
