A prank has caused more than $1000 dollars in damage to an emergency response vehicle in Holmes County.
Authorities are trying to find out who took the 2004 assault fire vehicle on a joy ride.
The driver caused extensive damage to both the front and back bumpers.
The truck was found on a rural dirt road along the Holmes-Geneva County Line.
It was taken from the New Hope Volunteer Fire Department.
The suspect reportedly used the master ignition switch to turn it on.
