Forty-one-year-old Eugene Andrews is facing murder charges for allegedly killing his wife.
Officials say 43-year-old Debra Andrews died during a domestic dispute at the couple's apartment.
Andrews claims his wife shot him before turning the weapon on herself. But, police say Andrews apparently had his arm around his wife's throat when he shot her in the back of the head.
Police also say the same bullet that killed Andrews also struck her husband.
And, 32-year-old Tony Evans also will be in court. He was in prison for burglary when DNA evidence linked him to the stabbing death of his girlfriend Nacole Smith.
She was killed three years ago.
Evans was out on bond last year when he was charged with raping a teenager.
He remains in jail under $ 1 million bond on that charge.
