Ducker.Graves Rape Suspects

Two Dothan men have been arrested on sex charges involving an underage girl.

Twenty-year-old Jason Graves and 19-year-old William Ducker are both charged with second degree rape.

Investigators say the victim is only 13 years old and is learning disabled.

They also say the incidents happened this summer, but the girl only recently confided in a friend, who then told a relative.
