His seat is barely warm and already new ESPN commentator Rush Limbaugh is making waves.
On Sunday's pregame show, Limbaugh said he thought Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb was overrated because the media want to see a black quarterback do well.
McNabb tells the Philadelphia Daily News, "It's sad you've got to go to skin color." In his words, "I thought we were through with that whole deal."
A spokesman for ESPN says he doesn't think Limbaugh's comments were racially motivated.
Limbaugh was hired by the sports network for his ability to express opinion and spark debate as a football fan.
