Fifty-six-year-old Kruger Adkison is accused of violating his probation for a 1993 child molestation conviction in the state of Washington.
Federal agents claim that Adkison owned a number of weapons, including handguns.
He is already serving a mandatory five-year sentence after pleading guilty to the rape and sodomy of a 10-year-old Houston County girl.
