Thirty-one-year-old Rodney Hamilton of Ozark pled guilty in the beating death of 47-year-old Jack Alan Peak on May 26th of last year.
Peak died from severe trauma to the head.
Police say Peak and Hamilton were involved in a personal dispute that escalated into physical violence.
Hamilton struck the victim in the head repeatedly with a hammer.
The murder weapon was recovered at the scene.
