ATLANTA (AP) - Thousands of Thanksgiving holiday travelers moved
through Atlanta's airport today with few problems.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport spokeswoman
Felicia Browder says things are moving smoothly.
More than 280-thousand passengers are expected to travel through
the airport today, and more than one-point-seven-seven million
travelers this holiday weekend.
Browder says airport conditions may be busier on Monday, which
is expected to be the peak day of the holiday travel period, when
292-thousand are expected to travel through what is the world's
busiest airport in terms of passengers.
Browder says people should prepare in advance before they come
to the airport.
