Jail officials say Bernard Forbes and Andre Delancy were arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. Both have court appearances today and are being held on 75-hundred dollars bond.

Tephford wasn't wearing a protective vest and was killed. Carbocci was shot four times, but was wearing a protective vest and remains in stable condition.
