Authorities in Forsyth County say a Fulton County school bus driver was charged with drunken driving and other traffic offenses Tuesday after a motorist reported the bus was weaving on Georgia 400 and hit a guard rail.
Forsyth sheriff's spokesman Frank Huggins says deputies stopped
the bus, gave the driver a field sobriety test and arrested her for
DUI. Huggins says deputies also found two small bottles of wine
and some prescription drugs on the bus. No children were on the
Huggins says 40-year-old Tina Stoy of Dunwoody was taken to the
hospital for a drug test. He says she also faces charges of failure
to maintain control of the bus and striking a fixed object.
