TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Tampa police are identifying the parents of the two children dropped off at a home in the Sulphur Springs area.
Terry Latimore and Cristinia Dennard are reportedly the parents of the three-year-old girl and one-year-old boy left at an unknown residence this morning. The children weren't harmed.
The residents of the home told police they didn't know the children or the man who dropped them off there.
Authorities believe the father knocked on the door and asked if he could use the phone. When he finished he said he was going outside to smoke a cigarette. The man then left.
Police say the oldest child was able to identify the man who
dropped her off as her father. She also described details
indicating her mother was a victim of physical violence or foul
