The second man suspected of playing a role in the seven-year-old shooting death of a Dothan man is pleading guilty to murder.
Antoine Lee Washington pleaded guilty to felony murder Monday for his role in the murder of then 59-year-old Norman Manning.
Manning was found dead at his office in September of 1999.
Now seven years later, Washington is pleading to felony murder for his involvement in that murder.
"After talking with the family and police, they agreed to allow the defendant, Washington, to plead to felony murder for the killing of Mr. Manning," said Dist. Attorney Doug Valeska of Houston/Henry County
Washington now faces up to 29 years behind bars.
