City Road Projects

If you're concerned about road projects being planned for the city, now’s your chance to voice your opinion.

Right now Dothan city engineers want feedback on three planned projects, specifically: the bridge replacement at John D. Odom Road, improvements to the Honeysuckle Road and Fortner Street intersection and resurfacing Denton Road from the Ross Clark Circle to Westgate Parkway.

The construction will affect residential neighborhoods.

City engineer Randy Morris said he believes the city will be using taxpayer money on some much-needed improvements.

A forum was held at the Dothan Civic Center Tuesday night about the projects, but if you missed it, you can still call the engineering department with concerns and questions at 334-615-4400.
