Geneva County lovers given life term for murder
A Geneva County man and woman have been sentenced to life in prison for killing the woman's ex-husband.

A Geneva County man and woman have been sentenced to life in prison for killing the woman's ex-husband.
Thursday in a Geneva County courtroom, the sentences were handed down for Glen Lee and Theresa Wilkerson.
Earlier this year, a jury convicted the co-conspirators in the May 2007 fatal shooting of 52-year-old Timothy Wilkerson.
The incident happened at a street intersection in Samson where the victim was gunned down inside his car during an argument with Lee.
Geneva County District Attorney Kirke Adams told News 4 that under Alabama law Lee and Wilkerson must spend at least 10 years in prison before being eligible for parole.
