Ozark Police need your help in finding the people responsible for several recent area robberies.

Two businesses were robbed on Wednesday.

ACA Financial was robbed around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.

Police say two black men wearing blue jeans, black gloves, white shirts and ski masks went inside the store, each carrying a small hand-gun.

Sources say the men stole money then fled the scene on foot.

No one was injured.

"We have received significant leads and a major break in the case. And, at this time, we are following up on those leads, which are leading us to another state. We are working with authorities in that state and in Alabama," says Officer Henderson of the Ozark Police Department.

An Ozark resident spotted the men throwing out their masks while driving a silver SUV.

However, when police responded, the suspects fled the vehicle.

The crime didn't stop there.

Rickey's Sweepstakes was also hit the same night, around 10:15.

In that case, a black male wearing blue jeans and a gray t-shirt went into the business with a small hand-gun and demanded money.

He also fled on foot and injured no one during the robbery.

Police do not suspect that robbery to be related to the ACA Financial robbery.

Ozark Police say they do have some leads, but they are looking for your help to bring these cases to a close.

“I do expect the cases to be solved in a timely manner. Of course, that’s depending on corporation from a lot of different people “says Henderson.

Police have made a positive ID on one suspect in one of the robberies, but no names have been released

If you have any information about these robberies, call Crime Stoppers at 774-9999.

There is a $1000 dollar reward for a tip that leads to an arrest.
