A local radio disc jockey is out of jail on bond Friday after police say he tried to get on a band's bus Thursday night.
Police say Gary Hunter, also known as "Gary Michaels," was repeatedly asked by officers to leave Ozark's civic center Thursday night during a concert.
Hunter allegedly appeared to leave but instead tried to board one of the band's buses. Hunter was charged with third degree criminal trespassing booked under a $500 bond, and was released Friday morning.
Police say Hunter was intoxicated at the event.
