Tax Forum

A public forum was held in Dothan last night to take a closer look at Alabama Gov. Bob Riley's $1.2 billion tax reform package.

At TSUD's Sony Hall, Wiregrass residents listened to various viewpoints from state and local officials on how the package will affect Alabama's future.

News 4's Angie Casie moderated a series of questions to four panelists, examining key issues such as the plan's impact on education, property taxes, and accountability in Montgomery.

The forum discussion was sponsored by Troy State University Dothan and WTVY News 4.
