Jurors in the case of a Dothan man charged with capital murder failed to give a verdict again today.
They will re-convene Friday morning. Leslie Miller is being tried in the 2004 stabbing death of Dothan resident Alicia Peters.
Investigators say a late night altercation at a get together, ended with Peters getting stabbed six times.
She was treated at a local hospital, but died two days later.
