A Bay County Courthouse secretary is charged with using a coworker's identity to start a credit account.
She then racked up about $4,800 in charges for clothes and jewelry.
Amanda McFann was arrested at her home in Callaway, just outside Panama City.
She's charged with felony credit card fraud.
Investigators say McFann established an online credit account with Spiegel by using a former coworker's personal information.
