The Georgia man who developed a relationship over the Internet with a Vernon, Florida teen-age girl remains behind bars.
Franclin Jean has been placed under a $50,000 bond at the Washington County Jail.
The 30-year-old allegedly met and took the girl from her home.
She was found by police after Jean had a traffic accident in Dothan.
Authorities expect federal charges to be filed because he reportedly crossed state lines with a minor.
