One local community paid tribute to American soldiers from their hometown.

Saturday morning, members of the Rehobeth community gathered outside the Town Hall.

They came to recognize the sacrifice of Rehobeth's men and women serving in the armed forces.

Some have returned home, but many others remain overseas fighting the war against terrorism.

Many of those that were honored say they feel a great sense of pride for the way Rehobeth has supported them.

A special tribute was also paid to the three Wiregrass soldiers who have died during the Iraq war.
