Let the bargain hunting begin.
The world's longest yard sale kicks off its 17th year Friday. And shoppers will have even more time to find good deals now that the event's expanded from four days to nine.
The change was made to include two weekends. And the start also was backed up a few weeks to beat early August school openings.
The 450-mile sale stretches from Covington, Kentucky, on the north end through Tennessee to Gadsden, Alabama, in the south.
