Returning Troops

Another unit of American troops return home from the war in Iraq.

It was a late arrival for returning troops to Fort Rucker's Army Aviation Museum.

But, a crowd of family members and friends were waiting to welcome the Bravo Company of the 46th Engineer Battalion home.

It's been months since these troops were deployed from Fort Rucker.

Many families say they couldn't have made it through the days of waiting and wondering without a good support system.

An Army official said the reunion is unquestionably a happy occasion, but he says it's sweetest for the waiting family members.

Nearly 130 soldiers of Bravo Company have been in Kuwait and Iraq since February.

They were deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
