Updated: Thu 1:04 PM, Jun 12, 2003

Jackson County authorities are warning residents and visitors to keep their vehicles locked at all times.

That's because two cars were stolen in Graceville within one day.

Normally, a vehicle theft happens every few months there.

Tuesday night, the thief took a green 1994 Mercury Tracer from the parking lot of a bingo hall.

Earlier that day, a 1996 Nissan Maxima disappeared from just outside a convenience store.

The Maxima belonged to Lori Tomlin who says insurance won't nearly cover the cost of her car.

Police are asking for your help locating the two stolen vehicles.

If you have any information, call the Graceville Police Department at 850-263-3944.
