Details of the rescue of two Panama City fishermen began to emerge as they made their journey home from New Orleans Wednesday.

Richard Longo and Tim Moors swam through heaving seas without
lifejackets when their commercial fishing boat, the Panama City-based Big Jim, rolled and capsized Monday morning in the Gulf of Mexico.

Moors was found on an unmanned oil platforms the next day. A Coast Guard helicopter found Longo on an ilsand southeast of Houma, Louisiana, several hours later.

Both had been sent to a hospital and were released in good condition.
