Sexual Abuse

The Enterprise Police Department arrested a man for a rape that happened in early June.

Twenty-one-year-old Gerurdo Aquirre is charged with rape first degree.

Police say he allegedly raped a child under the age of 12.

Aquirre resided at Camelot Villa Apartments in Enterprise and was an acquaintance of the victim's mother.

Bond has been set at $100,000.
